Are you sure this isn't Yurasyk's encode? There's a torrent with the exact same file size by Yurasyk on rutracker.

The video looks better to me than the yolerejiju or Ghost versions, especially when looking at line detail, but unfortunately it's only Japanese audio.

I checked the audio sync between this and yolerejiju. In the Japanese audio, the audio is offset compared to this by about 1 second (0.998) about every six episodes, or: Episodes: 1, 7, 13, 19, 25, 31, and 35 (also keep in mind that yolerejiju's big torrent also swapped the audio for episodes 22 and 23) Just in case you want to try muxing the video of this and audio/subs from the other one. The other one has some nice work with extra subtitle and commentary tracks.
