is this the completely uncensored version? or just the semi-uncensored?

It's always fully uncensored. It's just sometimes there 1 or 2 seconds of censoring idk why.

At around 7 mins there may be some sort of encoding/subs error, im not sure. All I know is that it crashes my plex for windows player whenever I try to start playing from there. Ill look into it more and figure out the exact timestamp.
