if it is intended to publish such a low resolution, then its very sad!! The manga is so great with it sharp edges artis style, that it was an eyecandy. Now seeing this 1990 garbage quality sucks hard.

I was ready to welcome Megalobox back, sad it only lasted like 3 seconds. Production value for this ep ranged from pretty decent to great, but seeing as how it quickly devolved into another one of those demon lord in a human body trope, the likelihood that this has anything innovative is looking bleak. The studio doesn't even look like it's made any worthwhile title, so I'm fully expecting the quality for ep 2 to fall right off a cliff.
@Rowan When something looks that bad, my first assumption is that I downloaded the wrong torrent or that the uploader/ripper made a mistake. Not that the animation studio made an artistic decision to make it look like complete shit on purpose lol
