I fixed some formatting issues and line breaks from [Selene's](https://nyaa.si/view/1393869) release. Aside from that, the subtitles aren't changed at all (outside of adding the PGS). Grabbed the JPN BD for video unlike my prior release which was inferior. Also my dream is to get a big group together to work on all of Gintama seriously. I fucked up the year.
