It's all officially sanctioned by Toei, and even features Hideyoshi Kan reprising his role of Ukiyo Ace! This one is directed by the man behind "Awakening Lion Hero", "Beetle Robot Kabutack in China", and a number of recent Armor Hero shorts! (Who goes by the handle "摸鱼的呆神毛" online!) 摸鱼的呆神毛 seems like a busy guy these days, and a real up-and-coming talent for the broader toku scene!
