why the hell is this encoded at 23.976 frames per second? The frame rate should be 29.39 as animation is animated at 30 frames per second with one drop frame. 23.976 is for a drop frame for a CRT tube tv that ran on 24 frames back in the 1990s or for when tv was airing on analogue airways. 23.976 FPS is no longer. Seriously what are you guys thinking?
