*The Mystical Laws* (*Shinpi no Hou*) is the sixth full-length animated feature from Kyoufuku no Kagaku (幸福の科学, also known as The Institute for Research in Human Happiness, or colloquially, Happy Science). **This anime is religious propaganda.** The film takes place in 202X, when the newly-formed Empire of Godom is threatening to take over the world by using mysterious technology offered to them by Leika Chan, the mysterious female president of a trading company. The protagonist of the film, Sho Shishimaru, is the one man who has the mystical technology that can stop the Empire of Godom, but after being hunted down by the Empire, he is saved by mysterious Indians, who tell him about a prophecy about the second coming of a savior. This is derived from QTS' second Blu-ray release, which had higher bit rates for video and English audio. There is only one change: the English VOBSUBs have been OCRed, retimed, styled, and lightly edited to fix minor issues in punctuation, grammar, and spelling. In addition to the English styled and image subtitles, the release include image subtitles in Japanese, Korean, Mongol, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Sinhala, and Spanish.
