thanks it seems a little silly that "meitantei" is only untranslated in the opening theme and at the end of the transformation sequence for this 9:35 - normally i see "cameraman" for someone like this translated as "photographer" 22:05/23:48 - "time slip" is wasei-eigo for time travel. toei seemed to handle this as "Then, did I travel back in time?" and then have "Time travel?" just be like a question on its own instead of her asking what it was

Thanks! I suppose it's just a little stylistic choice there, using Meitantei for a few lines. Yeah, using "time slip" that way is a little wasei-eigo-like, but then again "time slip" is a well-established term in English as well, so I think I'm comfortable using it in that fashion. I agree that the line in the preview should be tweaked though. Also agreed about "photographer", I'll make that change too!

(as in: we’ve managed to return the item before the ceremony started) 04:04: uhh I may be stepping into a minefield, but consider making this less explicitly about an inanimate _thing._ The context (lyrics and visuals alike) makes me think it may very well be about a human bond. We probably won’t find out conclusively for a while (or ever), so it may be worth preserving some ambiguity. As another reference point, Toei has: “It's destiny, it's love”, which is technically ambiguous but honestly even leans towards the human side of things, although it may or may not be intentional. Consider perhaps “I love being/doing this with you” or “I’ll cherish this time [with you]”
