Anon uploaded a DVD Remux of this OVA: https://nyaa.si/view/2079692 so I was going to delete my Soldats version, but then realized this version had some major artifacting due to a terrible DVD encode. I decided to use this as an exercise to learn a bit of filtering and actually got it cleaned up pretty well... I think it looks a little better than Tsundere's version now. I need some excuse for spending time on this since I'm never going to watch this OVA again lol.
