â„šī¸ This less complete version of my remux is mainly intended for reuploaders to other trackers due to their strict rules on the number of included audio tracks. If you would be so kind as to volunteer about 4% more total size to download, store, and help seed [the multi-audio version of this release](https://nyaa.si/view/2084833) for the greater good of *all* kinds of fans worldwide that torrent, I would be very thankful. Whichever version you choose, I'm happy to provide and appreciate any seeding help I can get! --- 📌 **REPACK improvements and minor tweaks:** - Upgraded the English audio to E-AC-3 2.0 (224 kbps) sourced from AMZN - Changed the language tags and track titles for Nirvana Subs' fansub to *Latin American* Spanish - thanks, 3du-54n! - Modified a chapter name in episodes 9, 11, and 12 **[PATCH](https://mega.nz/folder/UOdw2A5Q#0Cjubppd2UUtHzYii8PgoQ) (just 522.8 MB)** - If you choose to apply it to upgrade your v1s, please recheck and seed this release afterwards! Creating patches, patching, and uploading them is quite the hassle, so I only have this for now. I'll repack the dual-audio release tomorrow. A note to other release makers wanting to make dual-/multi-audio releases with the better English dub quality: I linked the (secondhand) source for it from AMZN, the only one I found across Nyaa and AB, but DO NOT use the English audio from there as is. That muxer either trimmed too much from the end of the English audio tracks, cutting significant portions of the ED, or left the credits in, which would extend the video. They also relied on large container delays to sync the audio tracks to each other instead of modifying the files. I've ripped and fixed the audio tracks from that release by trimming the untrimmed outros and losslessly concatenating the affected episodes with the ED from another episode's same track type. Then shifted all of them to the JPBD audio. You can get those fixed .eac3 English audio tracks from [here.](https://mega.nz/folder/xedVHYRL#diO8_dn3GNMAw9bYrF6yQw) Please use *these* instead. --- **Video:** đŸ‡¯đŸ‡ĩ Blu-ray Remux **Audio:** đŸ‡¯đŸ‡ĩ FLAC 2.0 (24 bit) via JPBD đŸ‡ē🇸 E-AC-3 2.0 (224 kbps) via AMZN **Fansubs:** đŸ‡ē🇸 đŸ‡ē🇸 đŸ‡¨đŸ‡ŗ đŸ‡¨đŸ‡ŗ đŸ‡Ģ🇷 🇮🇩 🇧🇷 🇧🇷 🇷đŸ‡ē 🇲đŸ‡Ŋ 🇲đŸ‡Ŋ Full ASS đŸ‡ē🇸 đŸ‡ē🇸 Signs & Songs ASS (check "Sources:" below) **Official subtitles:** 🇸đŸ‡Ļ đŸ‡¨đŸ‡ŗ 🇭🇷 🇨đŸ‡ŋ 🇩🇰 đŸ‡ŗđŸ‡ą đŸ‡ĩ🇭 đŸ‡Ģ🇮 đŸ‡Ģ🇷 🇩đŸ‡Ē đŸ‡Ŧ🇷 🇮🇱 🇭đŸ‡ē 🇮🇩 🇮🇹 🇰🇷 🇲🇾 đŸ‡ŗđŸ‡´ đŸ‡ĩ🇱 🇧🇷 đŸ‡ĩ🇹 🇷🇴 🇷đŸ‡ē 🇲đŸ‡Ŋ đŸ‡Ē🇸 🇸đŸ‡Ē 🇹🇭 🇹🇷 đŸ‡ēđŸ‡Ļ đŸ‡ģđŸ‡ŗ Full SRT via NF đŸ‡ē🇸 Signs SRT via NF **Accessibility subtitles:** đŸ‡¯đŸ‡ĩ đŸ‡ē🇸 Closed Captions (CC) ASS/SRT via NF đŸ‡¯đŸ‡ĩ đŸ‡ē🇸 Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (SDH) ASS/SRT via NF **[A multi-audio version of this remux with all the available dubs and relevant extra sub tracks is available here!](https://nyaa.si/view/2084833)** --- **Sources:** 1. that ffmpeg cutting and pasting for the eng dub audio is not going to be accurate, also: ![https://slow.pics/c/zXtR5s8T](https://i.slow.pics/y73l8DMQ.webp)
[@RaptoR](https://nyaa.si/view/2085096#com-1) It's not going to be exact exact, as it estimates track length from the bitrate, I know that. But the leftover difference is less than one frame (42ms). I've watched those EDs with the English audio tracks and the fansubs' KFX match it seemingly perfectly. It's accurate for an actual viewer. No one will relate to your cherry picking and notice any offset. What lossless audio concatenating solution for lossy audio tracks do you propose? If you think you know better, why not actually be useful and share it with everyone instead of just complaining in the comments and behind people's backs? Do enlighten us! And don't say this release has "broken audio" and that I should've used a different source, cause I'd like to see you find and link a full season first-hand dual AMZN WEB-DL accessible on here or one of the most popular anime PTs (AnimeBytes), or succeed is requesting one from a popular streamer ripper. As for the QC, thanks for the report and my bad, I missed that the dialogue in that episode was accidentally set to Layer 0 *by FLE in their batch* instead of Layer 50, and that mistake just unintentionally carried over. There have also been no reports about this in their QC channel. Since you seemingly wanna use this as an own, I'll mention that I didn't mess this up from the source *myself* and that a lot of other people have missed that too. Now that Pulkit has been made aware of this, it'll be fixed in the BD batch if they don't forget. For anyone who wants to fix this in the meantime, this is S01E02 21:42. Set the dialogue to a higher layer than the typesetting/signs in Aegisub (the standard for this fansub is 50). I apologize for missing this.
That's the thing, there is no way to accurately sync them without a lossy to lossless conversion. Bigger problem is that the "AMZN" dub audio is not real. Someone commented about it being available elsewhere but that was just a joke. > toonshub said this show was exclusive to NF outside Japan. AMZN only has jpn audio in Japan. All dubs are only available on NF. the eng audio from amzn is simply not possible. Audio comp: https://slow.pics/c/9GCNbEWk Same self at 11.5kHz, same stats. Curiously testing the ffmpeg eac3 encoder with no extra parameters it also has a lowpass at around 20.5kHz, similarly to this one. Everything points to it being a re-encode of the NF AAC audio with terrible cutting.
Damn, you might be right and I might've gotten baited by misinformation. I also thought that NF dubs were exclusive to NF outside of Japan, but I was open to being proven wrong by a counterexample. This slew of WEB sources thing can get quite confusing. I guess this explains why this E-AC-3 sounded worse to me than the usual E-AC-3s that definitely come from AMZN. I'll update the description to point this out and unhide my mux with NF English dub audio.
