This is a series of CG animated short films made by Tatsunoko. Despite [Tatsunoko's website](https://tatsunoko.co.jp/works/sky-kids-booby/) listing this as an OVA, it seems that it was primarily shown at Kansai International Airport. [A third episode was released in 2009,](http://blog.media.teu.ac.jp/2010/12/cg-1546.html) but I can't find any evidence that it ever received a home video release.
