It's a Train-kon; a form of go-kon held on a train. Yukari works for her Town Hall's Regional Development department and the train-kon is their latest idea to help revitalize the town after the earthquake and tsunami 5 years before. It's on board the train-kon that Yukari gets a surprise: her sister's husband, Osako Tatsuya, accidentally hops on board. Yukari's sister had died in the earthquake 5 years earlier and she hasn't seen Tatsuya since. Seems Tatsuya's back to try and come to grips with the loss of his wife and to find a new direction for himself. One that might also include the wary but interested Yukari.
